We know results matter. And, we know EndeavorOTC is an effective adult ADHD treatment to improve attention and focus. If you play EndeavorOTC for 6 weeks, 70+ minutes each week, and don’t see improvements in your attention, we will give you your money back.

We acknowledge that this treatment may not work for everyone and other factors may prevent progress. If you are an adult diagnosed with inattentive, or combined-type ADHD, and you use the EndeavorOTC treatment according to the above treatment time period without improvement in your attention-related symptoms or challenges, and in accordance with the full terms of the money back promise, we will give you your money back.

If on or after March 6th, 2024, you purchase your initial EndeavorOTC subscription using EndeavorOTC’s web-based payment platform (with payment via Stripe), and the program money back conditions are verified by our customer service team, we will process a return for the full purchase price, which will be credited back to your original payment method. If on or after March 6th, 2024, you purchased your initial EndeavorOTC subscription through the iOS App Store or Google Play, and the program money back conditions are verified by our customer service team, we will credit you your purchase price, through a Visa gift card. Please note, you are not eligible for this program if you are using EndeavorOTC through an employer or organizational offering.

Program Terms & Conditions

Eligible users must reach out to [email protected] with a request for money back due to lack of improvement in their attention. To be eligible, users must have 1) purchased an initial subscription via EndeavorOTC’s web-based payment platform (with payment via Stripe) or via the iOS App Store or Google Play on or after March 6th, 2024 and 2) played the EndeavorOTC treatment for at least 6 weeks, a minimum of 70 minutes per week for each of the 6 weeks, and 3) submitted a money back request to [email protected] within 90 days of purchasing the subscription. A single user can only qualify for the money back promise once.

Users must also provide the email address associated with their EndeavorOTC account and proof of purchase (e.g. email receipt). Proof of purchase should show the store purchased from, purchase date, subscription (e.g. 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year) and purchase amount. Users must also authorize the EndeavorOTC customer service team to verify EndeavorOTC gameplay data, including, but not limited to: time on treatment, daily and weekly play data, and Focus Score changes.

After verifying that a user’s EndeavorOTC gameplay data meets the treatment use requirements to be eligible for money back under this program, a member of our customer service team will confirm any additional information with the user and then process the return of money back. We will provide you with the full cost of the subscription price you paid, including sales tax if applicable, to your original payment method or by gift card, based on the platform through which you purchased your initial EndeavorOTC subscription.
